You can order securely online through PAYPAL.
Payment:
The following methodas are accepted:
Paypal - this is the worlds largest online payment system. Paypal handle your financial details on your behalf, then when the funds are confirmed we are notified and we will then proceed with processing your order.
Cheque - you are welcome to send a cheque to pay for your purchases. We will not begin processing your order until we have received and successfully banked your cheque. Please contact us for further details.
Delivery:
All goods paid for via Paypal will be dispatched on the next working day by first class mail to UK mainland only. Goods paid for by cheque will not be despatched until clearance of cheque (which may take upto 10 days from receipt) then by first calss mail to UK mainland only. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed via our website where delivery/cardholder addresses are not confirmed by Paypal.
Postage:
Normal postage charges are as follows:
UK and Ireland charges - for orders upto £9.99, P&P charges are £1.75. Orders between £10.00 and £19.99, P&P charges are £3.25. Orders between £20.00 and £29.99, P&P chages are £5.00. For orders over £30, postage and packaging is free
Europe and the rest of the world - please email us for a quote as additional delivery charges will apply.
'SLASHED' POSTAGE COSTS FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY - orders up to and including £24.99 in value will incur a one off fee or £2.00, orders of £25.00 and over are sent completely free. Please note that if taking advantage of any of our special offers then your postage will be recalculated manually after anddiscounts, etc. have been deducted.
Returns:
Will will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of reciept. Original postage and packaging costs as well as return postage charges will only be returned if items are faulty. Please obtain proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If an item you have recieved is damaged, please inform us within 24hours of delivery for a replacement to be sent.
